I'm Josephine, a consultant based in Sweden and I've been shaping everything from small startups to high multi 8-figure enterprises since 2013, in the public, private and non profit sector.

I've been the person who built their career within the outdated normative career ladder, I bypassed my emotions, I felt that I needed to be perfect and "on" all the time to be successful.

I've been afraid that it wouldn't support change in lifestyle (like having kids, moving house, or dealing with grief/illness) because I was too ON without a system. And - it didn't feel good.

So i rebuilt.

Now I have embraced authentic entrepreneurship.

Armed with an MBA I transitioned from mindless hustle to mindful magic, and I've embarked on a new venture to help you as develop your life and business.

We've all went through the different forms of isolation and reflection during the pandemic - it was an induced pause. 

It was the perfect opportunity to dig deep and figure out who we are beyond our usual routines. That's when I committed to a reprioritization, recognizing that life's real treasures aren't found in blindly climbing yesterday's normative career ladder.

Additionally I went through some really challenging times with my health, which by itself was a wake up call - there is no better time than now to create the life you truly align with.

So I reflected and spent time searching for what lit my passion, and to my own suprise it was still consulting - but in a new way.

I decided to invest in sharing my passion and all the knowledge I've gathered along the way in the last 11+ years as an consultant, focusing on growth and expansion through strategy, mindset and energetics.

I'm here to help you acheive your goals.

Now I live as I learn, with mindfulness in the countryside next to a lake outside Stockholm. Days filled with helping my clients reach their full potential while having the freedom and proximity to nature.

We live in a world that is connected and automated, where people, empathy and understanding have long been deprioritized.
